You are eligible for a refund if:
– You have received the initial content delivery but are still unsatisfied after applying all included revisions.
– You submit your refund request within 14 days of final content delivery.
– Your request is based on clear dissatisfaction with design quality or content relevance, despite full cooperation.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

– You request a refund before giving us a chance to revise the work as per the package terms.
– Your request is submitted after 14 days from final delivery.
– You request a refund after order cancellation due to incomplete brand info or lack of client response.
– For custom add-ons or express delivery charges.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
