·       Growth Reo offers social media content creation through three primary service packages:

·       Starter – 10 static posts

·       Pro – 20 static posts + 2 revisions

·       Premium – 30 posts + 10 stories + unlimited revisions

·       We also offer custom design services upon request.

2. Orders & Payment

·       Orders must be placed through our official website form

·       All payments are processed securely via Stripe

·       Services begin once full payment is received

·       Prices are listed in USD

3. Delivery & Revisions

·       Delivery time: within 5 business days from order confirmation

·       Revisions are allowed as per the selected package

·       Additional revisions outside package limits may incur extra charges

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

·       We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied after applying the included revisions, you are eligible for a full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

·       Provide complete and accurate business details

·       Upload brand assets (logos, guidelines, etc.)

·       Respond to design proofs and revision requests in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

·       Final approved content belongs to the client for business use

·       Growth Reo retains the right to showcase final designs in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

·       Growth Reo is not liable for:

·       Delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events

·       Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

·       Client misuse or misinterpretation of delivered materials

8. Governing Law

·       These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applicable U.S. laws where our services are marketed and delivered.
